Sometimes the hardest part of event planning is coming up with the idea. Let us help you come up with the most unique, fun, and exciting event in three stages.
We'll take time to hear your great idea or even the half-baked ones for your event. Email matthew.novasb@gmail.com with the subject line "Event Planning Call" to request an appointment.
After the introductory call we'll take the time to brainstorm and think about some potential ideas for your event.
We will schedule a second call and share our top ideas for your event.
Dependent on size and scale of the event. This will be discussed during the free introductory call and agreed upon before moving forward in the brainstorming phase.
Include workback plan/timeline, list of materials needed, instructions, day-of reference materials, and anything else pertinent to planning your event.
We will take the time to identify and investigate the potential vendors needed to enact your event. We scour their social media pages, compare prices and send inquiries so you don't have to.
We always love a good deal. Let us take the lead in negotiating and making vendor compete so you can get the best price.

Wuhoo Group is based in northern Virginia, so execution in other areas will be based on availability and resourcing.
We can help with execution as much as possible based on agreed upon terms. Cost and scope is dependent on what comes out of the brainstorming and planning phases.

We helped organize and run a 16-team tennis tournament with a fun twist: winning teams had to incur ridiculous handicaps. Here, a player from the Gnochi's had to insert a pool noodle into their racket and wear a donut inner tube since the team was ahead by 2 games. The tournament also included t-shirts, trophies, and a post-event social at a brewery.
Wuhoo Group was able to spice up a normal wine and charcuterie night by covering all the wine bottles and preparing some notes about each wine. Guests had to sip, taste, and guess what wine they were tasting and of course give their own rating.
